Weather in Wadi Rum
Welcome in the desert climate! Our summers (July/August) are very hot, but in winter we reach moderate to cold temperatures. Specially the nights can be quite chilly. All year round we have sunny weather and clear skies and only a few days a year we have rainy days.
What to wear / what to bring
To protect yourself from the harsh weather in the desert bring enough sunscreen, a scarf or hat, and some warm clothes for the cold nights. We are always happy to help you tie your headscarf in the Arab style!

If you join in one or our jeep (or ofcourse on the hiking) tours, make sure to wear comfortable shoes, since we will explore, scramble and hike at the different locations.

Don't forget to bring you phone / camera to make memorable photos of your days in the desert and make sure they have enough battery or bring a powerbank. In the cave there is no way to charge your phone / camera batteries.
